Apple has officially slated its annual autumn hardware event for Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. PT (1:00 p.m. ET), streamed live from Steve Jobs Theater via Apple.com, the Apple TV app, and YouTube.
Marking the first major product showcase helmed by newly appointed CEO John Ternus, the keynote’s headline attraction is expected to be Apple’s first foldable smartphone—rumored as the iPhone Ultra. Leaked specs indicate a book-style design featuring a 5.5-inch outer cover screen unfolding into a 7.8-inch inner display running iOS multitasking features. Alongside the Ultra (expected to start above $2,000), Apple is set to introduce the high-end iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max models, while reportedly delaying the base iPhone 18 to spring 2027. Ecosystem refreshes including camera-equipped AirPods, a Siri AI-powered HomePod hub, and new Apple Watches are also scheduled for the presentation.
